  They are either totally incompetent in the front office or just don't care about verifying your insurance. I had a consultation 4 weeks prior to my apicoectomy plus my initial phone call with them to verify they participated in Delta of Virginia PPO. They indicated I had 80% coverage after a $50 deductible. There was no other denial or confirmation until the day of surgery. It wasn't until I was prepped for surgery and in the chair with shots administered that they came in and said I'm not covered!
  I don't recommend this dentist not because of dentistry but due to the lack of professionalism and poor response of their office. Living in a area of Michigan where there are no endodontists and having to travel 2 hours for the procedure, I didn't have many options. I did my due diligence to ask the right questions and provide the required insurance information. THEY DID NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE. Now all the follow up conversation are basically "sorry we can't do anything".
